The highly anticipated main event saw former WWE and TNA star Mustafa Ali walk away with the OPW Heavyweight Championship, adding more accomplishments to his World Tour Campaign. Despite losing the title, Adam Brooks proved once again that he's not only a top talent in Australia but on the global stage. Brooks came close to defeating Ali several times, showing that he can go toe-to-toe with the best in the world.
This was one of two championship changes of the night, as Brooks' ICON$ stablemates, Rocky Menero and Robbie Thorpe, captured the OPW Tag Team Championships. This win balanced the scales for the ICON$ after a hard-fought evening. Menero now holds dual tag team gold, having already secured the MCW Tag Team Championships with Brooks, while Thorpe stands tall as the reigning MCW Intercommonwealth Champion.
The event also featured the first-ever defence of the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship on Australian soil. Flammer and Jessica Troy delivered a heated battle, with Flammer successfully defending her title. In the OPW Women's Tag Team division, the Backslide Girlz retained their titles in a dramatic match against OPW Women's Champion Erika Reid and Eugenie, who shocked the crowd by betraying the Dream Time Voodoo Witch.
International talent continued to shine, with Qatar Pro Wrestling's Classy Ali overcoming Mitch Waterman to win the QPW Qatar Championship.
